But Who Am I?
Texas girl through and through, I was raised a small town, country girl and moved to DFW as a teen. I became a massage therapist in 2000 and opened my own practice in 2001.
I got married young and then divorced young.
In 2005, I met my soulmate and moved to the Chicagoland area. There I managed salons and spas, including Spa Director of 4 luxury spas while being a fitness trainer and health coach on the side. We were married on the beach and had two babies.
After moving back to North Texas in 2014, I opened another practice, Pure Synergy Wellness Studio, specializing in yoga for everybody, massage therapy, energy work and multiple forms of coaching.
Over the next couple of years, I found a passion for helping people beyond their physical pain; which has led me to my true calling as an Intuitive Mentor, Life Coach and Energy Healer.
Using my intuitive and coaching skills has helped me branch out to help people in the online space, become a course creator and help people start and grow their own soul-led businesses.
I'm an Aquarian through and through!
I have teenagers (16 & 13, pray for me) and they are really good kids.
My husband is my bestie.

I own a local wellness studio, Pure Synergy Wellness Studio. As well as an online wellness boutique, P.S. Wellness, Boxes & Boutique.
